Q: How long is my Minibus/Coach Hire quote valid?
A. Your quote is valid for 5 days.

Q: How will I receive my quote?
A. A written quotation will be sent via email or Whatsapp.

Q: What areas do Bucks Travel Minibus & Coach Hire cover?
A. We predominantly cover the South-East and South of England but can provide UK wide ground transport solutions through partners.

Q: What size and type of Minibuses and coaches can Bucks Travel can provide me?
A. Our fleet consists of anything from our 8, 12, 14, 16, 19, 22, 29, 33, 37, 49 and 55 Seater Coaches . Please click here .

Q: What forms of payment do you take for a private hire?
A. We currently accept Bank transfer, Card Payment and Cash.

Q: How much deposit is needed and when is the balance due?
A. We require minimum £50.00 deposit upon booking and full payment is due 10 days before the date of travel.

Q: Is VAT included?
A. Group Passengers Transport (Minibus and Coach) is exempt from VAT so our prices do not and will not ever include VAT.

Q: Is your prices are fixed?

A. Yes. The prices are fixed for pre booked transfers. But if there are any additional drop offs, pickups or diversions there will be additional charges.

Q. Can I smoke in the Minibus/Coach?
A. No. We operate a strict no smoking policy in all our vehicles. 

Q: Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?

A. Once your flight has landed our driver will call/text you to arrange the pick up point. We will try and contact you if we have any difficulty finding you. Please take a note of our phone number this is sent in your booking confirmation email so you can ring us should you need to.

Q: Do you need to know the flight number or terminal building?

A. It’s best you give us the flight number or airline name, from this, we can work the rest out. Don’t worry if you don’t know the terminal number.

Q: Am I charged if my flight is delayed?

A. No, we do not charge you any extra if your flight is delayed. We always check your arrival time before we dispatch your driver.

Q: I’m a single female passenger, How safe are your drivers?

A. When you travel with us, you’ll travel with approved drivers only. These are the driver who has gone through a strict vetting process. All drivers have a minimum of 2 years experience. All journeys are logged, The details of the journey are comprehensive, and they include drivers details, pick up and drop off details, plus the journey is tracked via GPS.

Q: What are ‘one-way’ and ‘return’ bookings?

A. A one-way booking is a single journey from A to B, such as from the airport to your hotel. The price is based on the number of miles driven. A return booking is a two-way journey from A to B and back again, such as from the airport to your hotel and then back from the hotel to the airport a few days later.

Q: Are your drivers licensed?

A. Yes, it is required by UK Law that all taxi drivers CRB Checked and companies are licensed by the Local Authority or Transport for London.

Q: Do you provide a receipt

A. We will email you a receipt with a booking reference by email.

Q. Is your service available day and night?
A. Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, all through the year.
